John Shananigans is not an actual person. It is a project of Mike Shanon, in collaboration with two long time friends, inspired by a tour in the Dominican Republic. The song was released in 2003 at Canadian label called Cynosure. If you are into minimal or techno, you should love that one. Listen and enjoy!
